It was an absolute privilege to moderate the Panel: #Collaboration is Key: Men and Women Advancing #GenderEquity at Mount Saint Mary's University's Annual #WomensLeadership Conference on 9/21 with Jason Spaltro of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Erik Takayesu of @Southern California Edison (SCE), Wendell Younkins of NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and @Venkat Yepuri of Amgen. Thank you Jason, Erik, Wendell, and Venkat for sharing with all of us and for your tireless work in advocating for women toward equity + parity!

This was a personal dream to lead such a critical discussion for the advancement of women in the workplace and as #femaleentrepreneurs. I was fortunate enough throughout my career to have incredible male advocates whom I attribute to my career successes. I think of these gentlemen often and am so grateful to them.
