Lindy Huang Werges is a high-performing executive, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate for women’s initiatives and gender equity & parity. She is a master connector of people + community, which have resulted in countless collaborations, partnerships, and friendships.
Lindy is the founder of award-winning companies, Integritas Resources, Inc. (a full-service executive search and talent acquisition firm) and Zen Yoga Strap, Inc. (an ecommerce ergonomic yoga strap company). Her career spans over three decades in executive search and corporate finance & accounting with global, public companies to emerging start-ups.
Over the past two decades, Lindy’s philanthropic and advocacy efforts have focused on providing educational resources and professional development for economically disadvantaged teens and young professionals; diversity & inclusion; women's initiatives and empowerment to achieve equity and parity; and career development and mentoring for entrepreneurs.
Lindy serves as Board Chair for Fulfillment Fund’s Scholar Bridge Board (a non-profit in its 41st year with a mission in supporting college access and success to economically disadvantaged teens); is Senior Vice-Chair for the SoCal Forum Leadership for Women's Business Enterprise Council - West, and a Founding Advisor for TuesdayNights (a professional women’s networking group for entrepreneurial women coupled with social impact). She is also a supporter of Mount Saint Mary’s University’s Center for the Advancement of Women.
